SHIPPING POLICY–
–Choosing the correct shipping option is hugely important at checkout!
I believe it is fairly simple to choose the correct option, and self explanatory. Orders that do not choose the correct option, will either be refunded or if able, I will send an invoice for the difference in shipping costs. I do not charge more than the actual shipping prices that I pay; I pay for all of the shipping boxes/mailers/tape/etc out of my pocket and do not pass those costs on to the customer. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHOOSE CORRECT SHIPPING!
-Shipping please be sure that you have the correct address in your shipping section, for your order to ship to. I am not responsible for shipments being mailed to incorrect addresses because you entered incorrect info. I am not able to change the information that you have entered. I will send tracking info to the email provided when you place your order, please be sure that your email is accurate. If you do not receive tracking, please check your spam/junk folder and search Pixee Dixee Designs and it should pop up. If it doesn’t not, feel free to send an email and I will happily look into it for you!
–Turn around time for orders: I like to allow 15 business days, not counting weekends, non-postal days, holidays or school holidays. I try extremely hard NOT to take this long, however this allows a cushion should I have to order something to complete your order. I assure you, the wait is worth it! (this turn around time does not reflect orders over 10 items, for a quote on items greater than this, please contact me directly and I will give you an accurate quote and bulk discount)
